Privacy notice
For pillboxprices.com and its waitlist. Last updated October 30, 2026.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist: your name, your email and the date you joined. Because Pillbox is about prescription prices, being on the list may say something about your health care, so we treat it as health data and keep it only with your consent. We don’t ask for your insurer, prescriptions or anything else about your health.
Browsing the site: we set no cookies and run no analytics or ad scripts. Our web host, Vercel, keeps standard request records (like the time, IP address and browser of a request) to run and protect the site. We don’t log what you type into the form.
Why we use it
Only to invite you to test Pillbox and to write to you about that invitation. Nothing else.
Who it’s shared with
It’s stored privately with Vercel, which hosts the site and holds the list for us. We don’t sell it, share it for advertising, or give it to anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or the test ends, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@pillboxprices.com. We’ll answer within 45 days. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to that email, and if you’re still not satisfied you can contact your state attorney general.
The app
The Pillbox app handles your insurance sign-in and prescriptions on your phone. How it does that is described in the app.
